Ella's Taste Test is a quest for level 15-35 in Valley of the Four Winds. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 4,800 experience and money.
Well, I finally got the brew made, but I won't know if it's any good unless some people taste it.
Would you take my brew and see what the folks in Halfhill think?
I... I couldn't face them myself.

A bit misleading: these characters have the talk bubble on them as if you were supposed to talk to them. There isn't a chat option, though. You need to target the character and then use the drink (in your inventory or from the objectives list).
I really don't know why they had to give the item a 30 sec cooldown, while all the NPC's are a few seconds away from each other. ^&*!ing Blizzard.
The objective completion texts on this quest are a bit disturbing: "Jogu the Drunk tasted 1/1"
I never want to taste a drunk fish, or any of these other people...
