TheWoWDBThe Talking Lake Frog is located in Grizzly Hills at Ashwood Lake. Similar deal to the Argent Crusade quest but don't bother kissing the frogs. /dance and /chicken both seem to work and eventually you'll get a frog to start talking. Incorrect frogs will just sort of wiggle at you.
Regenerative Magma is gathered from Ancient Core Hounds in Molten Core. They seemed to drop 1-3 each for me and it took me until I was closing in on the Sulfuron Harbinger before I gathered my 20.
Inkmaster Glenzu is in the Arboretum in the Jade Forest. He'll want 10 Luminous Pigment which is acquired from milling Shadowland herbs so you'll want to grab that before heading out.
As with all the Ember Court Quests, make sure to use the Contract: Mortal Reminders after turning in the quest.

I don't know if the image or dialog will vary - my painting was a lotus/lily pad type thing. Inkmaster Glenzu will comment while painting, but you do not need to wait for all the dialog before interacting with the painting to complete the quest.Inkmaster Glenzu says: What wonderful pigment!
