I had to disable Azeroth Autopilot, abandon, and redo while watching the cutscene. Otherwise, the Overseers never start talking post cinematic skip.

If Tal-Inara does not start speaking after the cut scene, abandon the quest and accept it again. After the cutscene, don't talk to any of the NPCs and they should start speaking to continue progressing through the quest.
Too funny. The overseer wants to know more about me. My response, "Yes, I escaped the maw." And that satisfied them.

What to do
Description
A living mortal ... incredible! Forgive my astonishment. I am Kah-Delen, an overseer of the Arbiter's attendants here in the Eternal City of Oribos. You stand within the heart of the Shadowlands. While we are accustomed to receiving souls from all manner of worlds within the mortal realm, never before has one arrived that is quite so ... corporeal. Answer honestly, mortal. Did you truly escape the Maw?

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
