To find the Mad Dukes parlor for Tubbins, the WQ tea tales:theotar is covering up the markers if they are working. Go to that location and u will find the Mad Dukes Parlor. If the WQ isnt up head directly south of sanctuary of the mad flight point and its under the broken bridge

Description

We should always serve refreshments in the Ember Court, tailoring our choice of refreshment type to the preferences of our guests. Luckily, I know our first guest well. Like Theotar, he prefers it to be Formal. Work with Picky Stefan to acquire everything we need to throw a fancy tea party.
