Description

We should always serve refreshments in the Ember Court, tailoring our choice of refreshment type to the preferences of our guests.

Luckily, I know our first guest well. Like Theotar, he prefers it to be Formal.

Work with Picky Stefan to acquire everything we need to throw a fancy tea party.

To find the Mad Dukes parlor for Tubbins, the WQ tea tales:theotar is covering up the markers if they are working. Go to that location and u will find the Mad Dukes Parlor. If the WQ isnt up head directly south of sanctuary of the mad flight point and its under the broken bridge
