TheWoWDBi am level 56 and cannot pick up the quest. the door is open, but i get ported back when i enter. so i cannot continue the campaign currently. i was already inside, but didn´t accept the quest and walked out.
edit: i don´t know why, but if you enter very slowly step by step you can enter past the point of getting ported back.

I also kept being teleported out when I forgot to grab quest. Can confirm that RP-walking part way in allowed me to go back and get the quest.
Got stuck here on Beta... I opened the door at Level 55... but it says this quest is not available until 58 and Drakka's Quest marker was grayed out. So I basically got stuck in the Hall of the Primus. The main door was not open, and I had no way to trigger this quest to get out. So, I hearthed out... but now, I have no way to get back in. So it looks like I literally cannot progress with questing anymore on the Beta on the toon I've been using. Super confused at this quest level and why it's not 55.
EDIT: As Madnes mentioned below... at 56 the door appears to just open and the Drakka's quest is available for pickup.
