I got a chuckle imagining him flying from Pandaria to Uldum...
If you do it right you can turn in the quest as he comes to pick up the Incubator. Just click on Incubator, then mount quick and click on H'partho as he arrives in his helicopter to turn in the quest.
This will save you a trip of having to go out to Uldum again.
The quest is not completed on top of the wall. It is in the courtyard and is the 3 light looking things in the corner. Just click on one of them and you will complete the quest. I kept trying to kill the guys on top for awhile at the insect looking case.

Description
You know who would probably know a lot about how to properly incubate this egg? The mantid! Of course, they're too busy trying to kill us to share their expertise, but there might be another way to benefit from their knowledge! Perhaps we could repurpose one of their incubation chambers. That could help speed up this process, I'm sure! If you could find and mark one for me, I could airlift it out of there.
