It looks like all that's left to do is to place the orbs on the pedestals at each corner of this mechanism.

He tells you to go meet him at Ramkahen but when you get there Adarrah gives you the quest That Gleam in His Eye to go find Harrison at the obelisk of the sun. The adventure continues! Edit: To clarify. He says it in your chatlog. It's not a quest where he tells you. It's simply a /say Go meet me here. kind of thing.
