Dark Deceivers is a quest for level 50 in Uldum, added in Battle for Azeroth. It rewards 6,800 experience and money.
The Old Gods have many faceless minions at their disposal, but none so deceiving as the ones they call k'thir.
Though not nearly as imposing as their brethren, the k'thir manipulate in the shadows, bending the wills of men and even reality itself.
We must not allow their machinations to go unchecked.

The best place to get the kills for this is in The Lost City of Tol'Vir. They also spawn when you close Void Tears around the zone and can also be found stealthed along the river running from Ramkahen to The Lost City of Tol'Vir.
Can confirm what the others are saying. Not sure why the map has such a massive area marked on it since the only place you can find these guys is in Tol'vir. Literally a couple of minutes of work there.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Uldum, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.

Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
