This quest seems to be a dead end so far after switching to Kyrian. Luckily I kept plenty of anima tokens in my bag, but I can't do the upgrade without a Lost Soul, and I can't get a Lost Soul without the weekly quest to retrieve them, which the Kyrian are currently not offering. I guess I'll see what happens Tuesday and remain soulbind-less in the meantime.

I thought 9.1.5 was supposed to bring penalty-free covenant switching.

There is a good chance that, when you first get this quest, you wont have enough Reservoir Mana for most of your options. Click through the different circles to see which ones are available to you. There is one that only costs 500 Reservoir Mana, and it'll have a green arrow on it. Select that one, then click Activate.

What to do

StorylineAmong the Kyrian, step 20 of 33

Description

As thanks for your efforts in recovering the anima and souls we now have available, you may decide which of Elysian Hold's features we upgrade first. Once active, it shall expand our capabilities to help not only Bastion, but all the Shadowlands. Do not worry--as you continue to recover anima and willing souls we will activate them all in time. For now, a single upgrade must suffice.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
