Alliance Notes

This series of quests is much longer than what's listed here, and may have been reworked somewhat. You will not be able to get this quest just by talking to Grimeo.

Start with [npc=9540] and do these 4:

Then you'll talk to [npc=5385] and do:

Cultists at our Doorstep
Kasim Sharim

Which sends you to [npc=42298]. You'll be on a long quest series starting with A Bloodmage's Gotta Eat Too and Attune the Bloodstone. Eventually Kasim will give you a rune to take to Grimeo in Time is Short. At that point Grimeo will finally talk to you.

Eventually this will lead you to The Altar of Storms and You Are Rakh'likh, Demon via the rest of Kasim's quests.
