Cenarion Researcher Korrah is located halfway up a bluff. A path starts at 41,29 which takes you to a split. Go to the right and follow it around til you find him. There is also a hyppogryph which is a Flight Master.
you can now start the second quest without doing so, but you will miss the breadcrumb if you are aiming for completionism

Description
We have plenty of enemies in this region without raising the ire of the Cenarion Circle. When we established our post here, we were asked to keep a watch over one of their researchers. Korrah was last seen at the tower to the west. Do be a dear and pay her a visit. It's been some time since we've bothered to check on her.
