If you've not quested through the area (as in my case, a DK coming through for Cenarion Circle rep), before you can pick up Rerouted! you have to either hit the Hero's Call board for Desolace or pick up Help for Desolace to get sent to Officer Jankie.

We have recently received a plea for help from a researcher of the Cenarion Circle. We have no one we can spare to send, so I ask that you pay her a visit on our behalf. Korrah is posted near the ruined tower of Ethel Rethor, on the coast to the west.
