Patch 4.3 Update: Everything Will Be Alright is obtained from a [npc=19698] outside of the instance after turning in quest chain Levixus the Soul Caller. Another two quests can be obtained in the beginning of this dungeon from [npc=54725], ([npc=18371] is now the lucky recipient of a quest to slay this boss The Dead Watcher = Pretty much play 'slay the Beholder'.) and (The End of the Exarch to slay the 2nd and main boss [npc=18373]).
NOTE: These quests DO NOT require Heroic difficulty to complete.
This is a stripped down version of the original quest line, with all item rewards removed, and players no longer are required to defeat [npc=18373] until the next quest The End of the Exarch.
Text emotes/dialogue between the NPCs and [npc=19698] still located around him have some bearing on the original chain storyline. They still repeat emote in this same order even with 4.3 quest changes:
Ha'lei giggles.
Ha'lei says: "You promise?"
Ha'lei tugs on Clarissa's robe.
Ha'lei says: "Mommy, Greatfather says everything will be ok."
Clarissa wipes the tears away.
Clarissa says: "Mommy is going to make sure you're ok, baby."
<pause a few minutes>
Clarissa says: "Please, father, I do not have your strength. I cannot do this on my own. Please help me..."
<pause a few minutes>
Ha'lei giggles.
Ha'lei says: "I'll tell her, Greatfather."
Ha'lei tugs on Clarissa's robe.
Ha'lei says: "Don't cry, Mommy. Greatfather says not to worry."
Clarissa wipes the tears away.
Clarissa says: "In the end, we will all be together, sweetheart."
<pause a few minutes>
Ha'lei laughs.
Ha'lei says: "I will, Greatfather."
Ha'lei tugs on Clarissa's robe.
Ha'lei says: "Mommy, Greatfather told me that he will watch over us and make sure we're ok."
Clarissa wipes the tears away.
Clarissa says: "Oh sweetheart, grandpoppy has passed. It will be ok."
<frequently repeated>
Clarissa says: "Father, give me strength to go on."
The original dialogue upon quest completion occurred outside of the instance where the many Lost Souls were appearing to pray on the altar to the right half of the instance lobby.

Clarissa says: Give me a sign... anything...
<At this point the Spirit of Exarch Maladaar walks over to the Greatfather from within the instance, and kneels before him.>
Spirit of Exarch Maladaar says: The dark ones had taken a hold of me, master. You were merciful in seeking my death. Forgive me...
Greatfather Aldrimus says: In death, all is forgiven...
Spirit of Exarch Maladaar nods.
<Clarissa then stands up, and turns around, not facing the Greatfather's spirit, but now visibly aware of his presence.>
Clarissa says: Father? Father is that you?
Greatfather Aldrimus says: It will be alright, darling. Grieve no more...
NOTE: As of this time the Quick Facts and quest data tooltips are incorrectly showing this as an Alliance-only quest. This is INCORRECT, and is in fact both obtainable and completable by Horde as well.
