Evidence Collection is a quest for level 5-30 in Westfall. It rewards 4 reward items, 1 reputation reward and 4,100 experience.
The material of this bandana is identical to the material found at the Furlbrow murder scene. You should collect more red bandanas as evidence and return what you find to Captain Alpert.
You will be able to choose one of these rewards:

Actually, Red Bandana will drop off any Moonbrook Thug in Moonbrook. No need to go to the Deadmines.
You need to pick up Propaganda in order for the bandana to drop off of the mobs.
Just to explain how I confirmed this for the sake of the skeptical ^_~, I repeatedly went to Moonbrook between quests in the investigation quest chain to see if they would drop off [npc=42677]. Before I picked up this quest it did not drop. After I picked the quest up it was a 100% drop rate.
Also, [npc=42677] can be found hiding just behind the buildings in Moonbrook.
Interestingly, this quest's completion dialogue contradicts the official timeline (though the official timeline is bonkers, and five years would've made way more sense).
| Type | Reward | Amount |

One of the last bastions of human power, this Alliance capital is ruled by the young but wise king, Anduin Wrynn.
Reputation group: Alliance.
Other quests in Westfall that reward Stormwind reputation: Furlbrow's Deed (+250), Murder Was The Case That They Gave Me (+250), Hot On the Trail: The Riverpaw Clan (+250), Hot On the Trail: Murlocs (+250), Lou's Parting Thoughts (+150), In Defense of Westfall (+250).
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
