While handing in this quest; i advise you not to track down the road. Instead of that check your minimap for the arrow and go straight towards that. It will lead you to an unused farm "The Dead Acre" where a rare mob Watcher is usually spawned.

Piece of cake to kill. plus more than 2k xp.
