As of 2024/09/02 this quest seems to be bugged, it's marked with having 15/15 nerubians slain, with no follow-up objectives, and not being completed.
I always see people waiting for mobs to spawn while doing this WQ, but there's also a highly unnoticed cave area that contains more Nerubians!
