If you can't pick up this quest as it's absent from the camp, you may have neglected to finish An End to the End. This quest takes place on the border between Hallowfall and Azj-Kahet, and it's very easy to miss on the map. You'll need to complete that, then return to Hallowfall to finish off some business with Faerin, at which point you can return to Faerin's Advance. She'll then be able to give you the Scrappy Straggler quest. (Note this may be hotfixed to no longer be an issue).

What, not even a "hello" from Flynn to his old buddy from the 4th War? We crawled through sewers together, got blind drunk looking for Freehold together, basically saved the day for the Alliance together and he just treats me like some random adventurer he's never seeen before? Cold, Blizz, so very cold.

We found these prisoners fleeing a nearby nerubian military base. The circumstances of their escape are... unclear, even to them. As if someone else created the opening they needed to escape. They need rest, but we need to find out what happened in there. Food first.

After this quest

  • Force Your WayAzj-Kahet · Level 78-80

Even with the general gone, it's not going to be easy getting out of here. This place is infested. I know I'm hiding it well, but I'm not exactly feeling my best. I'm not sure I'll be much help in this state. You're going to have to clear a path for us.
