Delves: The Underkeep

The entrance can be found at /way #2213 57.2, 64.5

The delve quests of the "Zekvir" storyline are sequential and require campaign progress:

Delve into the Earth

Requires completing [achievement=20118] campaign through The Fourth Seat.

Delves: The Waterworks

Delves: Nightfall Sanctum

Requires completing [achievement=20598] campaign through [quest=78607].

Delves: The Underkeep

Requires completing [achievement=19559] campaign through The General's Consensus.

The quest text appears to have changed. The one displayed on the WoWhead page is:

There seems to be an error in that Brann refers to the Weaver as "He", despite her being a female Nerubian and being referred to as such by every other NPC thus far, as well as by the previous text for this quest.
