It's worth noting that an almost identical cloak to the [item=87311] drops in the Temple of the Jade Serpent: [item=80866]
Therefore I would recommend to my fellow priests to pick the spirit cloak for their quest reward.
so don't run all the way back to the beginning like I did and try to turn in the quest :)
