Description
The denizens of Stonevigil have been wrung dry by the Tithelord's greed. While some have taken up arms against these injustices, most are too downtrodden to act. We need them on our side to take him down. <Prince Renathal hands you a heavy scroll dripping with anima.> Go, show them the hypocrisy of their oppressor! Send them to me with the promise of sanctuary.
