This quests is started from [item=210594] which drops once a day per level 60-70 character from [npc=216245] located in either /way #37 30.24 91.46 Elwynn Forest or /way #1 44.42 35.09 Durotar and appears to have a respawn timer of 5-10 minutes. Killing this mob will also award the achievement Quacked Killer. Items include 6 transmog pieces and a mount:
