TheWoWDBYou can do both quests, just follow the instructions below:
1) Accept Warchief's Command: Dustwallow Marsh! from board.
2) Turn it in to Krog, BUT DO NOT accept any further quest from him.
3) Fly back to Ratchet and accept Flight to Brackenwall from Gazlowe.
4) Fly back to Brackenwall and turn it in to Krog.Done!

This is another of those quests that ties in with the Warchief's Command quests from the Message Boards in the cities....Upon turning that in you will still be able to get "A Shambling Threat".

Description
Listen, I got no special love for the Horde... but then again, I got no real hate for you guys either. Your gold is as good as anyone else's. That two-headed ogre and his pet fish left some gold for your travel costs. I believe the person you're looking for in Dustwallow goes by the name of Krog. And the best way to get there is to talk to our flight master, Bragok. He'll fly you there, if you want. The flight's free, thanks to your friend.

Incorrect on all aspects - The Warchiefs Board only has the following quest stories "Broken Shore," "Dread Wastes," and "Towlong Steppes". Any of those quests above do not achieve the quest of "The Black Shield" in Dustmallow Marsh - Storyline - It is also a bogus quest as in TB there is not quest recipient - And also shows on Quest Lookup as 28554 as not completed

Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
