Fly Over is a Horde-only quest for level 30-35 in Deepholm. It rewards 4,800 experience and money.
I'm quite adept at riding my flying carpet. Unfortunately, when I tried to investigate what the cultists had uncovered up at the Masters' Gate, they nearly shot me down.
You look as if you might be skilled with the flying reins as well. Would you mind flying up there to the southwest to see what they've unearthed?

Just fly over the gate at 38.74 and you will complete the objective.
They will phase back in after you complete the quest The Stone Throne, you do not have to do any of the Therazane dailies.
This person gets phased out if you do the event before you hand in the quest. I learnt this the hard way. You have to complete the quest chain before you can hand it back in.
