As of 4.3, the NPC that gives this quest is no longer in Dubra'jin to the northwest of Gundrak, but inside the instance. There is an NPC inside both entrances, so it doesn't matter which wing you start in.

Description
Da land of da ice trolls is a shadow of its former glory. If you be havin' the courage, search for history tablets to see what brought the Drakkari Empire to such an end. Perhaps one day we be givin' dis land back to a new line of frost trolls.
Getting there
Inside the dungeon: Gundrak
Desperate to save their kingdom from collapse, the trolls of Zul'Drak have turned on their ancient gods. The wild deities are now considered a source of untapped power, their potent blood providing the means to repel the Lich King's minions, who have overtaken parts of the troll nation.
