TheWoWDBSince no one has mentioned how to get to Gal'darah, I figured I'd make a post. You must go around and trigger each altar to make the center bring turn so you can cross. After it turns, 3 goons and a rhino run out. I soloed as a 90 DK so it was pretty easy. Run up the stairs, another rhino and a rider in your way. Kill them then straight in front is Gal'darah.
After you kill him don't just run right out to turn in. Chronicler Bah'kini will come in the room to your left. Hope this helps any one else who was lost like me.

As of 4.3, the NPC that gives this quest is no longer in Dubra'jin to the northwest of Gundrak, but inside the instance. There is an NPC inside both entrances, so it doesn't matter which wing you start in.

Getting there
Inside the dungeon: Gundrak
