TheWoWDBThis quest is currently bugged on beta, with players being unable to fly with Ysera (perhaps only with War Mode turned off). For me, her model was still there, but I could not interact with it. I was able to run back to to Heart of the Forest and speak to Attendant Sparkledew to transport me to the Winter Queen's chamber, where I could "swear the oath" in front of the queen. However, swearing the oath did not allow me to complete the quest. Flying with Ysera seems to be necessary to the completion of the quest.
As Ztinktoof suggested, I went back to my capital and turned on War Mode. After that, I was able to return to the Amphitheater and interact with Ysera to fly, which allowed me to progress and complete the quest.

Is this storyline broken if you finished the introduction to Venari in the maw from a different Covenant?
I finished the introduction of Torghast when I was still in Venthyr. After 3 days, I switched to Night Fae. In my "Night Fae Campaign" progress, there is already a check in "Torghast" while the "For the Queen and Grove!" is still uncheked.
Now, I am already at Renown 3 in Night Fae but still unable to finished "For the Queen and Grove!". I looked for every quest in the list, but I can't find the quest giver for the questline.
WM did not work for me, it appears to just be broken as of 10/5/2020

Description
