Find Master Sha'lor at 64.8 38.8 and ask him for a flute.
Use the Fae Flute at the Fresh Gormling Burrows around 30 68. Right-click on the Burrowing Gromlings that pop put to pick them up./way 64.8 38.8 Master Sha'lor
/way 62 40 Quest Area
For me, Master Sha'lor was elsewhere. His location was 62.92, 36.24 in Tirna Vaal.
Another awful quest
Why not just have the flute appear in your bags or even better just have a spell next to the quest, no need to go collect the flute which does not appear on the map if you just head to the quest area, if you fly in maybe you notice it, pretty poor quest planning,
Sadly lots of quests are like this, go collect something first, then do something grindy then more stuff with very poor quest text so you have to come to wowhead to work out what you are supposed to be doing.

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
