No need to grind several levels with your current troupe to beat this.

If you're having trouble, go to Borean Tundra and capture a level 19 Shore Crab and two level 19 Arctic Hares. They are easy to find there. I was able to beat the pet battles with a team of 3 level 16s.

In my battle with Lydia Accoste, I never needed to use the second Arctic Hare.

PS: While you're in Northrend pick up a Penguin, Water Elemental, and Black Slime.

The master tamers around the Eastern Kingdoms have been talking about you. You think yourself unstoppable? You believe that you are the true grand master? Come, then, {name}. I await you in Deadwind Pass. Come, and know the crushing defeat that's always been yours.

    You've bested the master tamers of Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms, but your next challenge will be far more trying. There are four tamers in Outland that you must now defeat: Nicki Tinytech in Hellfire Peninsula, Ras'an in Zangarmarsh, Narrok in Nagrand, and Morulu the Elder in Shattrath.
