I took him down with Clockwork Gnome and Chrominius:

Use Arcane explosion twice and Ancient Blessing when it becomes available, rinse and repeat until Spring dies.
Clatter will come up with 700-800 hp (damaged from Arcane explosions)
Finish him off with Ravage)
I may or may not have panicked when I saw epic level pets.

Description
You think yourself ready to challenge Pandaria? You truly believe that you can defeat the most powerful tamers in all of Azeroth? I shall be the judge of that notion, {race}. Face me atop the Vir'naal Dam in Uldum, and we shall see if you are truly ready.
