Have You Seen Anything Weird Out There? was made available to me from [npc=6785] after I abandonedEscaped From Gilneas. I then went back to pick up "Escaped From Gilneas" again and "Have You Seen Anything Weird Out There?" was unavailable from the NPC; You're only able to do one or the other. [Screenshot]
If you complete Escaped From Gilneas, wowhead will also list this quest as completed.
To actually get this quest, you have to first abandon Escaped From Gilneas.However, you won't get a chance to complete both of the quests.
Rewards are the same and both quests will be marked as completed if you complete either.

Ya don't suppose that could be a... worgen, do ya? Anyway, I keep tellin' myself I should tell Executor Zygand about it, but I just get so scared when I talk to that guy. Maybe you could talk with him?
