The journal is on the table where Garrosh stay in front off. Use the Yaks to distract him, and his wolf, to get it.

Simply put on your grummle disguise once you land at fire camp bataar , take this quest and the other quest , walk into the little camp and right click one of the yaks there , causing it to run around. Quickly go to the table between the two larger tents and swipe the book (journal) off it. BE AWARE , there is a wolf patrolling the camp who can see through stealth / disguise.
So I noticed Garrosh was attackable.
I decided to see how hard he hits, since I've tanked him several times in Siege of Orgrimmar. To my surprise, I was able to keep myself alive with Eternal Flame alone. I put on some music and tried to kill him, and did so successfully.
Then Nozadormu said:
Snoipah! What have you done? You changed the future! You've created a Time Paradox!

What to do
Description
I've noticed Garrosh and that Reliquary blood elf carrying around some sort of journal. The journal is never more than a stone's throw away. It must be important! If you can cause enough of a distraction, you may be able to swipe the journal off the table. These yaks might just do the trick. Give one of 'em a tap and they'll do the rest. Just be ready to move fast!

- Bugging Out
I've managed to plant a few bugs around the camp, but there could always be more. I disguised the bugs to look like statues. They blend in perfectly with the other artifacts lying around. Your disguise should allow you to move freely around the camp.

- The Kirin Tor
<name>, King Varian has asked that I send you after his son to Dalaran. He believes you can help negotiate the withdrawal of blood elves there. These "Sunreavers" claim fealty to the Horde and represent a major threat to the war effort.
