Pretty much if you know where the rare Kah'tir is in Townlong Steppes you can find this guy since he's 50yds or so up the small path from Kah'tir on his own by a small tent.

For those without coordinates take a right at the gate from Kun-Lai Summit to Townlong Steppes just prior to Fire Camp Osul follow the path up to the right towards a pond into a snowy area, there's a small camp of Shan'ze Obliterators though the camp last tent up the hill.

There's also a chest in his tent worth 103 gold 29 silver 33 copper

Description

Legends are not born, they are made. Much like your next target, a mogu named "The Blade." In his bags you will find, An ointment whose sound plays with the mind. Bring this nibby ointment to the Monkey King! And with it, he shall make the mallet sing! Travel north along the wall, and when you reach the end, turn left.
