- You need to 'Deliver' 3x [npc=135152] to [npc=131346]. Running into them will make them run in the opposite direction (like hitting a ball).
- To easily control the direction you want [npc=135152] to take, simply step back after interacting with one.

The children nearby the caretaker don't count, and won't be "herded." Instead, you have to go down near the flight master and herd those little ones up to the caretaker.
