How to get to the Amani without dying, nor fighting a large number of NPCs. Starting from the Mistvine Ledge flight point, or from the path at the southeast of Zazar'alor, go south until you start seeing guards. Continue south, off the path, as far to the west, your left, as you can along the green hillside. Then jump down to the shallow pool when you come to the built waterfall, still staying left continue south trying to avoid the few guards. Jump down the green cliff, to the wall. Get on top of the wall, and look closely, down and at the wall opposite you, directly south. You will see several openings through this wall but the middle one has no stairs. You should be about in the middle of the wall you are standing on. Jump down when the guards patrol away, run through the opening, across the courtyard, and up the stairs into the courtyard with the Gong and the Amani. The guards will drop agro as you near the gong and you are safe.

This world quest bugged a little for me. After I engaged the third disciple, it instantly reset (kind of like a raid boss reset) and all four disciples reappeared on their respective stands. I then wasn't able to interact with the gong for a little while and couldn't summon them anymore. I had to wait for a minute or two to be able to interact with the gong again and finally finish the quest!
