TheWoWDBClick on [npc=188247] and then mount up. You have no control over where he goes. He’ll start off in the right direction and return to the quest giver who gives him permission to take a speedy shortcut.
DON’T dismount. Wait until [npc=192621] returns to camp and you see the yellow completion question mark. The quest doesn’t complete if you dismount [npc=188247] any sooner. Then you’ll have return to [npc=192621] at 52.8, 29.5 and click on [npc=188247] to try the return trip again.
