Homeward Hound is a quest for level 20-70 in Ohn'ahran Plains. It rewards 1,200 experience and money.
We have everyone stabilized, thanks to you and Taivan, but many of these villagers will need to heal for a while longer in Maruukai.
Why don't the two of you lead our train back? You are both the heroes of the day, after all!

Click on [npc=188247] and then mount up. You have no control over where he goes. He’ll start off in the right direction and return to the quest giver who gives him permission to take a speedy shortcut.
DON’T dismount. Wait until [npc=192621] returns to camp and you see the yellow completion question mark. The quest doesn’t complete if you dismount [npc=188247] any sooner. Then you’ll have return to [npc=192621] at 52.8, 29.5 and click on [npc=188247] to try the return trip again.
I was just thinking that if nothing else he'd make a great mount. No fighting or herding needed. And he's big enough to carry a tauren.
the best and most wholesome questline in the game
