It's the first story line where I honestly would have wished for a "Shout at the dragons that this is obviously an effing primalist, skip the quests to the part where they attack, and forego all rewards up to that part" option.
Ah! I was right to be suspicious of this dude, then! As soon as I returned to [npc=189857] and [npc=186469] to turn in these quests and learned that he wants to "see the portal to the Emerald Dream with his own eyes", I became suddenly deeply suspicious of all the gems he just had me hand out to all the Emerald guards... Oof. It's too bad that emoting /suspicious at him doesn't do anything -- it would've been really cool if it did skip whatever comes next, and you can just out him then and there!

I know it can be quite exhausting work to defend such an important locale. And often, we drakonids and dragonspawn get very little thanks for our dedication. I wish to bestow some of my own appreciation to the guards here in Ancient Bough. Here, offer them these gifts from me, as a sign of friendship. I hope my heartfelt gesture properly expresses my gratitude.
