TheWoWDBThis world quest pet battle has two magic and one elemental pet. It can be defeated pretty easily with some common pets.

Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (1, 2, 2) will stomp the first two pets.
Pandaren Water Spirit (1, 2, 1) worked great here, but anything with strong aquatic attacks is fine.
Level pet (can be level 1; it won't take any damage).Start off with one round of Breath, on round 1. On round 2, use Decoy to block Fido's Amplify Magic rounds. Fido will hit your dragonling once (unless you get off a crit), but his attacks are weak against mechanical.
When Seer's Eye comes out, just spam Breath until the Eye dies.
When Flickering Fel comes out, your dragonling won't last long so just DPS as long as you can. Put up another Decoy if possible.
Once your dragonling dies, bring out your level pet. Immediately swap for the water spirit.
The water spirit will finish off Flickering Fel without a problem.

This is one of the new pet battle world quests coming with patch 7.2.
The nameless mystic is located at the southernmost point of the Broken Shores. He is sporting epic pets, but they are rather easy to beat.
Here's a suggestion allowing a carry pet:
- Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling (1 2 2)
- Darkmoon Zeppelin (2 2 2)
- Level 1+ Pet
3x Breath, Decoy, Breath until Fido is dead
Against Seer's Eye: Thunderbolt, Decoy when possible, Breath until your MPD dies
