As of Shadowlands Pre-Patch, the Spider Eggs at Creeping Grotto are now Beasts, AND WONT COUNT TOWARDS THE QUEST.

I found the Shadow Fracture to be a decent spot, there are a fair few [npc=118846], [npc=118841], [npc=118851] that respawn every lap you do. Location: /way 43 38.

Even as a fresh 50 (Pre-Shadowlands 110) Frost Mage, I was one shotting all mobs.

Completed within 5 minutes.

Description

The Felstorm continues to rain demon scum upon these shores. Kil'jaeden believes his army infinite, his resources inexhaustible. We will show him how wrong he is. Cut a swath of retribution through their ranks, {class}t. Strike down demon after demon, until your weapons are bathed in their blood. And when they cry out for mercy, send them screaming back into the Nether.
