As of Patch 8.1 you can complete two breadcrumb quests which lead you to Arathi.
You have to keep the order to be able to do both of them.
1. Hero's Call: Arathi Highlands! (this quest can be found on every Hero's Call Board)
2. Into Arathi (you have to complete The Battle of Thandol Span in order to accept this quest)
I'm writing this during patch 11.1.5 in TWW. I had to talk to Zidormi just north of the thandol span bridge to turn Arathi back into its old timeline to turn this quest in.

Description
You should go on ahead and warn the other side of the span about this, {name}. Over the bridge to the north you'll find Refuge Pointe, the stronghold of the Alliance in Arathi. Tell Captain Nials to keep an eye out for these Twilight's Hammer curs.
