TheWoWDBI did the dungeon (and the quests) already and I don't see the quest from Chen after I completed Cleaning House.
Likely this is intended since the follow up quest of this bread crumb quest is available even without finishing these pre-quests.

There are two ways to receive this quest:
1) Upon entry into the dungeon (via LFD) Chen will be standing near the entrance and will offer it.
2) Upon completion of Cleaning House it becomes available from Chen.
The followup (and the other Stormstout Brewery quest) is available from scratch and invalidates this quest, as I'm next to Chen now and no quest. One of the few quests in Pandaria visible on my Wholly addon.
