Omigod! I want Jaina's Water Elemental!
Problem:
[Note: This is a Alliance side experience and may only be true for the current Wow version and faction]
Currently the normal Dalaran and the phased event zone of it overlap which causes some problems. In a previous version with another Alliance toon everything worked fine.What does that overlapping cause to you ?
-you don't see any other players
-you see all the NPCs of the normal and event zoned Dalaran
-you can't fly in Dalaran (not even Krasus' Landing)
-Guards at the entrance of the Horde area will teleport you to the normal version of Dalaran once you try to enter Horde areaTo re-enter the phased version of Dalaran:
-go to Lion's Landing and talk to the portal Mage (Dwarf in black clothes)
-no, there is no other wayCan you still complete all the quests to progress in this faction's story ?
Yes but for Horde territory you'll literally have to camp the 2 spawns of NPCs that you can catch without alarming the guards. Makes it 1h+ for a single quest.What did I try to get rid of the bug which didn't help ?
-Logout + Login with quests for the event in my questlog
-Quest abort, zone change, Re-entering Dalaran by the help of the portal Mage at Lion's Landing
-used the teleport crystal which teleports you to the ground below Dalaran @Crystal Song Forest -> you lose the phased event zone; Go back to Lion's Landing...Any way to fix this ?
None I know of so far. You basically can't leave Dalaran unless you kill yourself by jumping off the sewer pipe.
Violet Hold can't be entered while you're in the phased event zone.

For too long, I have toiled to mend fences between Alliance and Horde. Time and time again, I've given the Horde the benefit of the doubt - and time and time again, they stab me in the back. I refuse to be betrayed again! If the Horde intends to use the Kirin Tor as a weapon against the Alliance, then they have no place in Dalaran. Come with me, {name}.
