TheWoWDBThis is one of the four Elemental Dailies offered by NPCs in either the keep or the base camp when the battle is NOT active. These dailies involve you collecting 10 items from elementals or players in a certain area of Wintergrasp. Lesser elementals (both factions can see them, have about 13k HP) have a very small chance (About 10%) to drop 1 item. Revenants (Only the Controlling side can see them, about 25k HP) have a small chance (about 20%) to drop 2 items at once. Like comments on some of the other daily quests similar to this one indicate, these items now seem to be a 100% drop on the lesser elementals as well. I got mine in 10 kills the other day on this quest as well as the other daily non-combat WG ones.
This quest, Jinxing the Walls, is strictly offered when the Horde has LOST control of Wintergrasp, by Hoodoo Master Fu'jin, at the edge of the Chilled Quagmire. If Horde has WON control of Wintergrasp, Fu'jin will be found inside the keep and will instead offer Warding the Walls.

Hey 'mon. See dem Alliance sitting comfy in their keep? I think they be a bit too comfy, ya? I want ta be jinxing the place, but I be needin' some souls, mon. Not any soul though, only da soul of a strong warrior could do da job. The Glacial Falls in east Wintergrasp be havin' dem special properties to extract da soul. Slay the Alliance there, they be havin' the stuff we need. Bring back da armor of the slain. If there be no Alliance maybe da elementals got 'em, mon.
