TheWoWDBAs of the War Within pre-patch this seems bugged, the barrel that you are supposed to use the key on doesn't spawn.

Description
Need weapons for plan. Have good weapons, but locked up. Gnolls leave key in camp--protect weapon cache. Get pointiest sticks. They have most blood stains.
