TO EVERYONE WHO COMPLETED THE QUEST BUT CANT HAND IT IN
The issue is that you need to press 4 Pylons - NOT free 4 prisoners
So after you pressed two pillars - go ahead and press the remaining two - there are four in total in the area
It's an annoying bug but it will work!

Did this Quest in a group but it's bugged in group - you have to click all 4 pylons solo.

Also finished the others Quests from Valeera and turned them in before this quest. After abandoning this quest Valeera wouldn't show up again so i had to wait for a stranger to share the quest. (Thanks again to the guy from Onyixa Realm)

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • The Thieves' TrailEversong Woods · Level 80-90

From what I can see, it looks like the Twilight's Blade stole several arcane artifacts used by our Magisters to enhance long-distance communication. If they learn to wield them, they'll cast their reach far beyond what we can contain. They might even be able to hear our communications...

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Tripwire TangoEversong Woods · Level 80-90

This cache isn't locked with magic. It's craftsmanship. I can hear the mechanism ticking inside. Tiny cogwheels, tension springs, and probably a poison vial ready to shatter the moment someone tries to pick the lock. We'll have to do this together.
