Loa of Winds is a Horde-only quest for level 10-90. It rewards 1 reputation reward.
I heard dat Pa'ku lives somewhere in Zuldazar. Her priests tell stories about her when dey come to de Hall of Castes.
She's a pretty popular loa. I mean, she's in charge of de sky AND de sea! Dat's a lot of blue, and blue is my favorite color!
Maybe I could be one of her followers?

For those of you who might be running around aimlessly like I did, there is a dirt path turn off at 65.78 45.14 that you need to take (rather than staying on the stone cobbled looking road)
On the path up to Pa'ku, there's a spot with blankets laid out with some baby pterrorwings on them. I had to go THERE specifically to get the quest to finish. Running up to/interacting with Pa'ku did nothing.
Pterror Rise is at 70, 49 on the Zuldazar Map (not Dazar'Alor) .
Take FP to Warbeast Kraal in Zuldazar, when you land head take the path southwest, then swing left heading southwest up the hill.Do the quests in this order:
Stage 1:
The Shifting Pack
Loa of Winds
The FrogmarshStage 2:
The Sethrak Queen
Hunting for GoldStage 3:
Head back to the orphanage in Dazar'alor

The oldest empire of Azeroth, the Zandalari are powerful trolls who bargain with fearsome loa and whose navy is unmatched on the Great Sea.
Reputation group: Battle for Azeroth.

I know dis trip is supposed to focus on de loa... But I want to see de island of gold! I heard stories of undead pirates and an island covered in gold coins and treasure! Can we go see it?! Pleeeease?
De caretakers are always talking about how de sethrak attack caravans... but dey say dat de sethrak and de Zandalari used to be friends! I heard dat dere are some sethrak who still want to be friends, and dat dey have a loa who wants peace more dan anything!
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
