1 fly up to the top of waterfall and enter cave.
2 kill worm.Job done. Easy rep.
Fly to the top of the waterfall, which is at 45:85 (very near to the Quest Giver; if you LOOK UP while standing next to the Quest Giver, you will see the top of the waterfall). Waterfall is very high, so your mount will need to be fully charged.
Once you land at the top of the waterfall, there is a cave at 45:86.
