You start the quest yourself.

The entrance to the mine is /way 54.30, 28.79

Metal Lord Mono-Han is wondering around outside of the entrance. Once inside the mine just look on your map for the little gear symbols for the location of the drills. It's a no brainer.

If you don't have any type of coordinate addon go to The Emperor's Gate and run up the long set of steps.

If you don't know where The Emperor's Gate is at either open your map and locate the building above Diremoor behind the building there will be a bold solid tan line follow it North East and at the end of that bold solid tan line are the steps to The Emperor's Gate.

Once at the top turn left and into The Bloodied Crossing it will be the only opening as of right now. Continue down the steps then make the 1st right you can then make the 1st left that you can.

Go down the steps and look straight ahead 100 yards there is an opening between a full statue on the left and half a statue on the right that is your opening into the mine and once inside just open your map and look for the little gear symbols for the location of the drills.
Good luck and have fun!

Ok it's kinda hard to explain locations when there on different levels but when you 1st go into the cave you can go left or right but look straight ahead and there is a ledge with a small rock in front of it. Jump up onto that rock and go thru the opening then follow it into the big room and that's the upper level one.

The other 2 are on the lower level just come back out the same way then go to your right and jump down one will be back to your right the other back to your left.

There is another entrance / exit to this cave as well I use it to exit not to enter but at /way 31.64 88.02 it brings you out into the Beast Pens. You could enter here if you wanted I just choose to exit then mount up and run back around to do the follow up quest instead of fighting my way back out. Hope it helps but cords are hard when you got different levels.

Edit:
I found that if I jumped off a shelf & went underneath I could find the other capacitor. Then, don't bother looking for the Metal-Lord inside. As the previous comment said, he is outside. The next two quest bosses are nearby, as well.
Hope you are quicker than I was!

Been running around in the mine for about an hour now (well, maybe 20-30 minutes) and have killed many mobs. Only found one capacitor so far. Certainly have the cogwheels on the map, but no way to get to them. Do you have to enter different entrances (I think there are at least three) to find the other capacitors? Very frustrating.

Description

The mines north of here are critical to the mogu supply line. They are using giant lightning enchanted drills to extract the ore. If you can disrupt the drills, they'll be destroyed, greatly slowing their ability to make weapons. Oh, also, kill whoever is in charge, will you?
