For the morons among us (/me raises hand)....

You free the captives by using the quest item you're given. Took me a little while to figure that out. For the one hanging on the wall/pillar thing, you have to get up onto the lower ledge of it.

This is just like the quest..... Maximum Capacitor

The entrance to the mine is /way 54.30, 28.79

Metal Lord Mono-Han is wondering around outside of the entrance. Once inside the mine just look on your map for the little gear symbols for the location of the agents. It's a no brainer.

If you don't have any type of coordinate addon go to The Emperor's Gate and run up the long set of steps.

If you don't know where The Emperor's Gate is at either open your map and locate the building above Diremoor behind the building there will be a bold solid tan line follow it North East and at the end of that bold solid tan line are the steps to The Emperor's Gate.

Once at the top turn left and into The Bloodied Crossing it will be the only opening as of right now. Continue down the steps then make the 1st right you can then make the 1st left that you can.

Go down the steps and look straight ahead 100 yards there is an opening between a full statue on the left and half a statue on the right that is your opening into the mine and once inside just open your map and look for the little gear symbols for the location of the agents.
Good luck and have fun!

If you're a Druid doing this, make sure you're not in a druid form when you use the rod. You must be in your humanoid form when you use the rod to free the prisoners. As an addition to this, if you get the scroll off a mob that turns you invisible, you have to get rid of it or else you'll run into the same issue as Druids.

This seems to be a remix issue but might happen in retail as well.
