Sigh, the REAL coords are 54.4, 28.9. Go northeast along the main road, the "Emperor's Gate", hang a left at the "Bloodied Crossing", you'll find it. The "75.9 54.2" coords is the location of the entrance, yea, but WHEN YOU'RE ALREADY IN THE MINE, i.e. kinda useless for actually getting there to begin with..

The entrance to the mine is at 75.9 54.2
Metal Lord Mono-Han is right outside the mine. If he's not there, you may have to wait for a respawn.
The drills are inside, coords are:
Western: 48.0 30.5 (this one's tough kinda, keep heading west down a small tunnel and you'll find it)
Central: 49.2 26.8 (take a left on the way in and it's down that ramp on the right)
Eastern: 52.7 24.1 (just as you enter the mine on the right)
EDIT: Go up the stairs behind Arcweaver Jor'guva located at 55.3 44.8
More info on Metal Lord Mono-Han: enter the cave & go through to North East exit (right side on map). Right outside is the area he'll spawn. Also don't forget Speed Metal

Description
The mines north of here are being used to extract Ghost Iron ore and energize it with lightning energy. We need to destroy the drills they use to extract the ore. They are impervious to normal attack, but can be overloaded using the proper methods. Oh - and while you're there, take out whoever is running the operation.
