This is a Tauren Paladin Only breadcrumb quest to visit Sunwalker Atohmo, an Orgrimmar Paladin Trainer.
The follow-up to this quest is Weapons Of Darkness, a Blackrock Depths quest for Helm Of The Sunwalker, Faceguard Of The Sunwalker or Headguard Of The Sunwalker.
It appears that this quest is not given retroactively to players who had already progressed beyond level 50 when the Shattering occured.
